THE USE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN LEGAL ACTIVITY

he article is devoted to the introduction and use of information technologies in the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It shows the basics of informatization in the field of law and legal support of information technologies in general. The article describes the problematic issues that arise application of information technologies in legal activity. The features of information technologies and systems designed to solve the problems of jurisprudence are analyzed. The necessity of making additions in the part of information technologies in the national legislation is revealed. Also, the author proposed the discovery of various systems in the maintenance of information systems in jurisprudence.
