The article is devoted to solving the urgent problem of the negative impact of international norms and institutions on the political and legal system of Russia. The article analyzes a complex of problems related to the mutual existence of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the norms of modern international law. Special meaning is given to research in this area by the amendments made to the text of the Basic law, which largely shifted the emphasis in the previously existing model of interaction between international and domestic law.
