THE PROBLEM OF REALIZATION OF THE RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS OFCITIZENS IN KAZAKHSTAN

This article discusses the issues of the state and dynamics of the realization of rights and freedoms in the republic to achieve goals and objectives, monitoring and analysis of legal awareness and the effectiveness of obtaining legal information by citizens of Kazakhstan, issues of compliance with legislation. The degree of realization of rights in the regions of Kazakhstan, as well as an analysis of the effectiveness of legal organizations. The authors conclude that the human rights situation is not ideal. This indirectly indicates, on the one hand, the absence of systemic mechanisms to ensure the implementation and observance of human rights, on the other hand, the low legal culture of the population. It is necessary to continue the development of measures to inform and involve citizens in the formation of a legal society using innovative approaches.
