HISTORY AND GENESIS OF GERMAN CONSTITUTIONALISM:LEGAL ASPECTS

Abstract. In this article, the authors analize the genesis, the history of the formation of German constitutionalism. Also, the doctrinal sources of German constitutionalism are analyzed. The review the works of prominent German thinkers such as Hegel, F. Lassalle, K.T. Welker, R.
Mohl and others, who laid the foundations of German constitutionalism. The authors concluded that many of the provisions of German constitutionalism were taken as the basis of the rule of law and constitutional system of many modern governments, including the Republic of Kazakhstan.
