ANALYSIS OF LAND OWNERSHIP IN FOREIGN LAW: CONCLUSIONSAND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN
Abstract
Buying and renting land are the most common ways of transferring land ownership and land use rights, often in modern conditions in order to consolidate farms and create economically more stable farms. They constitute the most important elements of the land market and, as such, are subject to civil law and in many, if not most, cases of state regulation, the latter being determined by both national specifics and more general factors such as land security and the desire to keep the land viable farms
