Abstract

The present text reviews and assesses the establishment and development of constitutional review of bill. Concentrations on the consequences of this process take place which follow from the special importance of the bill as a parliamentary act identified with the expression of the sovereign’s will. The origin of the process of constitutional review of bill and its main stages are analyzed and the accompanying political controversies are also explained.
