THE EXPERIENCE OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES IN ENSURING TRANSPARENCY OF THESTATE BUDGET

Abstract

The article considers the importance of ensuring transparency in the budgetary sphere, which is the main economic document of the country. The experience and advanced methods of foreign countries to ensure the participation of citizens and the public in the budget mechanism are considered. An overview of the most successful methods for ensuring civic participation in the allocation of budget funds and their further implementation is given. The author has made proposals to ensure the participation of citizens in the budgetary mechanism of the country, as well as the importance of this participation in a democratic state. The purpose of the proposals considered is to create an anti-corruption lever in the field of budget legislation, represented by citizens and the public.
