PROSPECTS FOR EXPANDED CONFISCATION AS ANOTHER MEASURE OF CRIMINALLEGAL IMPACT

Abstract

The article is aimed at researching the institution of confiscation of property as a measure of criminal legal impact. On the basis of a comparative analysis of domestic and foreign norms of criminal and criminal procedure legislation, the features of confiscation of property as a measure of criminal legal impact are studied. As a result of the study, recommendations were developed to improve the criminal legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the confiscation of property as a measure of criminal legal impact based on the in rem system.
