ON THE ISSUE OF LEGISLATIVE DEFINITION OF SOME CONCEPTS USED DURINGTHE PANDEMIC IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

in this article, the author analyzes the definition of such concepts as "self-isolation" and "quarantine", which are the most commonly used during the pandemic. However, the legal acts do not contain explanations of these concepts. The use of these terms in regulating the behavior of citizens testifies to their legal essence. For the most part, the official definitions of a wide variety of terms and concepts are given in the relevant regulatory legal acts.
However, some of them today, despite their increased use during the pandemic, do not have an official interpretation. The article offers definitions formulated by the author himself.
