COMPARATIVE LEGAL ANALYSIS OF THE LEGISLATION ON POLITICAL PARTIESOF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY AND THE REPUBLIC OF AUSTRIA

Abstract

The article is devoted to the comparative legal analysis of the legislation on political parties in foreign countries. The Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of Austria were taken as examples. The article describes the legislation of these countries in relation to political parties. The analysis of these laws will help to reform the law on political parties in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
