Abstract

Throughout the development of mankind, in different states in certain years, associations were created that were able to conduct and carry out their activities on behalf of the state. So at the moment, with the development of international law, relations, mutual understanding, various legal entities are being created in the international community with their own characteristic legal feature, capable of exercising the will and bearing the burden of responsibility for part of the state budget.
