THE PURPOSE OF THE LAND PLOT: CORRUPTION RISKS AND DIGITALIZATION
Abstract
This article examines how digitalization of the process of changing the purpose of a land plot will minimize the human factor in decision-making and reduce corruption risks associated with land legal relations. The burden on local executive bodies will decrease, it may even lead to a reduction in the staffing of the akimat's office, there will be no need to gather collegially, which is an urgent problem in conditions of the risk of infection with "covid".
Also, specific examples of the creation and use of innovative computer technologies with signs of artificial intelligence are considered, which allow speeding up the process of making administrative decisions, excluding the interference of the human factor, corruption temptations. The introduction of digital technologies in this direction will also save budget funds, which are currently spent on the maintenance of members of the land commission.
