MECHANISMS OF STATE SUPPORT FOR ENVIRONMENTALSUSTAINABILITY OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

In this article, the authors consider the current state of development of small and medium- sized businesses in recent years. The dynamics of environmental innovations, the contribution of small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) to the GDP of Kazakhstan, the structure of investments of small and medium-sized enterprises, etc. are shown. It was revealed that the decline in the welfare of the population, the level of innovative and investment activity of entrepreneurship, the disinterest of the state in supporting environmental innovations and solving environmental problems are factors hindering the sustainable development of the economy of Kazakhstan. It is noted that the rapid development of the world market dictates the need for an in-depth study of the mechanisms for improving state support for production and the sale of Kazakhstani environmentally friendly products by domestic business entities. The implementation of investment programs with the introduction of environmental management should become tools for state regulation of entrepreneurship in order to improve their competitive positions.
