ONE BELT, ONE ROAD INITIATIVE IN NEW GEOPOLITICAL AND GEOECONOMIC CONDITIONS

Abstract

Annotation. The Belt and Road Initiative (OBOR), of which Kazakhstan is a significant participant, has entered a transitional period. On the one hand, the transport infrastructure created within its framework began to pay off, influencing the configuration of transcontinental cargo flows. At the same time, competition between the OBOR and other Eurasian transport corridors has been replaced by their interaction.
