THE CATEGORY OF EXTREMISM IN MODERN LEGAL SCIENCE: PROBLEMS AND DISCUSSIONS

Abstract

Annotation. The article examines inconsistent opinions about extremism and topical issues of this category in modern legal science. The general content and social character of the category "extremism" are differentiated. Along with the personality of each person in society, the connection of the law of certain organizations and groups with the category of extremism, the problems that give rise to this connection, and ways to solve it are studied.
