Abstract

Annotation: Along with a number of good measures to bring the judicial system in line with world standards, in accordance with the judicial reform, the course to strengthen appeal proceedings has been largely implemented, special attention is paid to the appellate instance in the bills on amending and supplementing the Civil Procedure Code.
