INTERNATIONAL TERRITORIAL DISPUTES IN THE POST-SOVIET SPACE ANDALTERNATIVE WAYS OF THEIR SETTLEMENT

Abstract

Annotation. The subject of the research is international territorial disputes in the post-Soviet space and their features. The purpose of the work is to identify and investigate the features of classification and indicative features of these disputes; to conduct a general analysis of the historical and legal aspects of this phenomenon. The relevance of the article is due to the following factors: the modern state is not perceived otherwise than within clearly dividedterritories. International disputes today are one of the urgent problems of international law, which currently do not have a clear algorithm for solutions.
