STRATEGY FOR MANAGEMENT OF INVESTMENT AND INNOVATION PROCESSES INTHE AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY OF KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

Annotation. The agro-industrial complex, and especially agriculture, faces restrictions that slow down development in inter-industry competition on equal terms. This may be due to the nature of the infrastructure or the level of investment. The study represents a solution to current problems in managing investments and innovations in agriculture through the development of specific approaches and strategies that take into account the characteristics of this industry. It is noted that investment and innovation management in agriculture is difficult due to uncertainty, which is associated with various factors, such as variability of weather conditions, seasonality, market requirements, etcBased on the analysis of the export of Kazakh agricultural products, state budget expenditures, investments and their structure, the authors propose a strategy for the development of agriculture and recommendations for investment management of this sector. Promising areas should be investments in various areas of the agro-industrial complex, such as production, processing and logistics.
