Abstract

Abstract: The article is devoted to the rights and freedoms of citizens of Kazakhstan, starting from the period of the Kazakh Khanate of the XV - XVIII centuries on the example of the Biy court. In the Kazakh steppes, human rights and freedoms began to take shape in the same XII - XIII centuries. The so-called provisions "Kasym khanna kaska zholy", "Esim khanna eski zholy", Tauke khanna "Zheti Zhargysy" consider the idea that the famous scientist, lawyer academician Salyk Zimanov noted a close connection with the authority and place in the society of Biyan lawyers, who are the bearers, defenders, keepers of the rules of the Kazakh steppe rights.
