CRIMINALISTIC ASPECTS OF ILLEGAL FIREARMS CIRCULATION ANDCONCEALMENT METHODS: ANALYSIS OF THE CRIMINAL CODE OF THEREPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

Abstract. This scientific article provides an analysis of the criminalistic aspects of illegal firearms circulation and methods of its concealment according to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The main forms of crimes related to the unlawful distribution of firearms and methods of concealment are considered. Special attention is given to the types of crimes, mechanisms of their execution, and an analysis of criminal liability in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The author of the article analyzed provisions related to illegal handling, concealment, manufacturing, storage, transfer, sale, and transportation of firearms and its components. The obtained results can be beneficial for legal experts, law enforcement agencies, and all interested parties in studying and combating crimes of this nature.
