Annotation. This article is devoted to the analysis of the constitutional right of man and citizen to freedom and personal inviolability. The research covers the theoretical foundations of these rights, the historical context and their significance in ensuring individual freedoms.
Judicial practice in this area is also analyzed, development trends are identified, and the conclusion summarizes and indicates the prospects for further research in the context of the constitutional right to freedom and personal inviolability. The author presents his view on the need for joint efforts in discussing the complexities of privacy rights in our modern environment, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a balance between ensuring security and protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of citizens.
