CONSIDERATION OF LABOR DISPUTES IN THE EAEU MEMBER STATES: ISSUES OF LAW ENFORCEMENT PRACTICE

Abstract

The article deals with the issues of law enforcement practice with the study of 
legislative regulation of the specifics of the consideration and resolution of labor disputes in the 
countries of the Eurasian Economic Union.
The EAEU countries have differentiated legal mechanisms for protecting the rights of 
migrant workers through international legal standards and national legislation. The issue of 
considering labor disputes in the EAEU court and whether the advisory opinion of the EAEU 
Court is sufficient to protect the rights of migrant workers remains open
