DIGITAL ASSETS AS AN EFFECTIVE TOOL FOR MODERNIZATION OF KAZAKHSTAN ECONOMY

Abstract

This article discusses the main provisions of digital asset technology in the creation of mechanisms for investment and financing of economic sectors and individual business projects in relation to the solution of current economic problems. In particular, we are talking about the direction of secured digital assets (hereinafter referred to as SDAs). Secured digital assets are the newest and most effective way to attract investments, which can be both internal and external. Both private and public organizations and individual entrepreneurs, as well as, which is not unimportant, individuals can participate in investment processes. Similar investment instruments have been and are being developed in other countries, but the instrument of OCA, which is currently beginning to be actively developed in Kazakhstan, has its own specific features and advantages, which allows to qualify it as one of the most promising tools for modernization, technological modernization and innovative-industrial development of the economy and society as a whole. At the same time, it is also considered as an effective instrument of public-private partnership, which makes it at the initial stage not only relevant, but also promising. The use of new technologies to attract investment is a more effective way to develop both the country's economy and society as a whole. This tool can really help in improving the welfare of society, in solving those large and complex systemic problems that Kazakhstan society has set itself.
