METHODOLOGICALAND TECHNOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF THE REALIZATION OF SECURED CIVASSETS IN THE CONTEXT OF ECONOMIC MODERNIZATION

Abstract

The article reveals a conceptual vision of the implementation of an adaptive
economy in the process of modernization based on digital secured assets, as objectively the most effective
tools to stimulate economic processes based on public-private partnership and within the framework of
national economic and industrial policies. At the beginning, a brief analysis of the relevance and
expediency of implementation and development in the economy is given. The following describes the
methodological aspects of the proposed approach in addressing the issue of increasing the investment
attractiveness of the country's economy and reveals the mechanism of its implementation using the

methodology for the application of digital asset secured technology provides a number of advantages over
traditional approaches in investment policy that meet most of the principles of modernization, such as
consistency, scientific and production parity, the predominance of indirect methods over direct ones,
environmental friendliness and safety, and openness. In conclusion, the main conclusions are presented
that contribute to understanding the economic feasibility of applying the proposed approach from the
perspective of the concept of modernization of society
