The article discusses the issues of introducing eco-innovation into the industrial process.
Research has been conducted on the experience of implementing EC innovations in European countries.
The development of the "green" economy has led to the need to form new types of skills and professions.
The article examines general trends and contradictions in changes in the labor market, taking into account
the influence of environmental factors, highlights the concept of "green" skills and reflects the main
approaches to its definition. The author highlights the need to develop a new approach to defining the
elements of "green" skills, taking into account the category of employees. The emphasis is placed on the
development of integrating elements for the formation of "green" skills of the future generation of
managers and entrepreneurs.
