PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF RELATIONS IN THE SPHERE OF EQUITYPARTICIPATION IN HOUSING CONSTRUCTION

Abstract

This article discusses in detail some of the provisions of the Law of the Republic of
Kazakhstan "On equity participation in housing construction" as well as the market for equity
housing construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a whole. The main reasons for noncompliance by the participants of relations in the field of equity participation in housing
construction with the conditions of the law of the same name are analyzed, and the main ways
of bypassing the actions of the law by developers are considered and possible solutions to
these problems are proposed.
