FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF EMPLOYMENT OF SOCIALLY VULNERABLE SEGMENTS OFTHE POPULATION

Abstract

The posed scientific problem in this study is interdisciplinary, as it affects such areas of scientific analysis as social and labor relations, economic relations, social policy, the
system of social protection of the population. All this serves as a subject of study of various social sciences. To date, interest in the issues of integration of persons with disabilities into
society, the creation of equal opportunities is rapidly growing, which is conditioned by the
development of social human rights. And nowadays there is a large amount of scientific
literature on the problems of employment of persons with disabilities, peculiarities of their
professional and social rehabilitation. At the same time, there is a need for a comprehensive study of the problem of inclusive employment of persons with disabilities with reference to the experience of social work with them in foreign countries, the study of labor employment of
persons with disabilities through the prism of the idea of equal rights and social justice.
