Abstract

The article analyzes the international legal aspects of protecting the rights of ethnic and linguistic minorities. International treaties and conventions are discussed, topical problems of ethnocultural and political-legal rights and freedoms of ethnic minorities are studied. And also, analyzed the theoretical and legal problems of protecting the ethnocultural rights of the Kazakh diaspora living abroad.
