MEDIATION AS AN INNOVATIVE FORM OF HUMAN RIGHTS PROTECTION

Abstract

The author pays special attention to the merits of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, studies the peculiarities of the formation and development of the mediation institute in the country. It also offers a number of recommendations for the development of the mediation institute in the country, comparing the organizational and legal policy of the mediation institute in the Republic of Kazakhstan with foreign experience.
