CRIMINOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF CRIME IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

Abstract

Annotation: The article deals with the issues of the current state of crime in the field of poor- quality construction, in particular through the prism of developing civil law relations, characterized at the present stage of development of the Republic of Kazakhstan by a relatively

low level of protection for participants in economic relations. Based on the analysis of scientific opinions of experts on the problem of developing legal and special means and methods of counteracting criminal offenses in the field of poor quality construction, their commissioning and commissioning of buildings and structures, we have concluded that this problem is complex. Only close cooperation of interested departments, construction companies with design institutes, scientists in the field of criminal law and criminal procedure, criminology and the theory of research business can create a regulatory, scientific, educational and methodological basis for counteracting various criminal offenses in the construction sector and comply with modern requirements and international standards. Based on the studied scientific literature and legal acts, in particular the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, measures were proposed to improve measures to combat criminal offenses in the construction industry.
