ALASHORDA IN HISTORICAL DOCUMENTS: PROTOCOL OF THE FIRST URALREGIONAL CONGRESS

The article examines the importance of the Alash idea, which intertwines with the idea of establishing a just Kazakhstan in the modern period. It explores the ideas of the Democratic Republic advocated by the Alash leaders of the Urals region, the reasons behind
their support for the Provisional Government in the pursuit of protecting the democratic republic,
as well as documents outlining the goals and ideals of the Alash figures under the Soviet regime.
Based on a document related to the activities of Alash figures (Zh. Dosmukhamedov, Kh.
Dosmukhamedov, G. Alibekov, and others), who organized the Ural Regional Congress of the Kyrgyz (Kazakh) people, the historical significance and content of the congress are analyzed, and a scholarly perspective is formulated.
