Abstract

This article analyzes the importance of education within educational systems against the background of
globalization. As we know, education is an important tool for the formation and strengthening of soft power in
international relations. It promotes cultural dialogue, the promotion of national values and the dissemination of
knowledge, which, in turn, affects diplomatic relations and international cooperation. In the context of globalization,
educational systems are becoming not only a channel for the transfer of knowledge, but also a key factor in the
competitiveness of countries on the world stage.
The article examines the educational systems of China, the European Union, and the United States, emphasizing their
role in the development of science, technology, and innovation. A comparative analysis of various approaches to
education has been carried out, their advantages and disadvantages have been identified. For example, the Chinese
educational system is known for its high academic discipline and government control, but it faces a lack of creativity.
The European model focuses on academic freedom and student mobility, but has problems with funding. The American
system stands out for its innovative teaching methods and flexible programs, but its high cost limits accessibility.
Kazakhstan is actively reforming its educational system, striving to integrate into the global educational space.
Kazakhstan's cooperation with the EU in the field of education plays an important role in this process, including
academic mobility programs, exchange of experience and implementation of European educational standards.
The final part of the article examines the current and future importance of education in the context of globalization.
Recommendations are presented to improve the participation of educational systems in the global context, including
strengthening academic mobility, developing joint educational programs and strengthening international scientific
cooperation.
