STUDY OF THE HISTORY OF THE JOCHI ULUS IN SOVIET HISTORIOGRAPHY

The article considers the research and peculiarities of Soviet and foreign scientists on the topic of Jochi Ulus. Focuses on the historical, cultural, socio-economic aspects of the heritage of the Jochi Ulus in Soviet historiography. One-sided research in the Soviet era is aimed at providing a true picture of historical events in the Jochi Ulus. In Soviet historiography, attention is paid to the changes in the level of research in the scientific community of the historical heritage of the Jochi Ulus. There is a tradition of idealistic depiction of any aspect of historical events that took place in the Jochi Ulus. The article analyzes the impact of ideological principles on the history of Jochi Ulus in connection with the establishment of Marxist-Leninist doctrine in the scientific community. There is a difference in the scientific direction of foreign historiography in the study of the topic. The article identifies historically significant points of research work on the history of the Jochi Ulus in Soviet and foreign historiographical works.
