Abstract

This article examines the phenomenon of the concept of leadership, from the point of view of sociology, psychology and management. The history of leadership development arouses interest in various fields of activity, the diversity of leadership styles, typologies of leaders allow us to create new approaches taking into account the trend of human development. Special attention in the article is paid to neuro-leadership as a new direction focused on improving personal efficiency and the effectiveness of the management of the organization as a whole. That is, what influences the development of more effective strategies for achieving success through understanding the work of the brain and the use of internal human resources. Leadership qualities should be identified and used in management, they can also be obtained in the process of training and professional development. Ultimately, each company has its own unique leadership model, where managers are motivated for career growth and development.
