Abstract
In this article, the authors consider the key aspects of managerial decision-making at the
company level. The article presents the essence of management decisions, the main types, models,
decision-making process, stages and tools that companies can use. It is revealed that at each stage of the
management decision-making process, practical tools may be different, taking into account the specific
situation. For example, such as machine learning, scenario analysis, SMART, SWOT, and others. In the
article, the authors note that the company's strategy should be aimed at creating sustainable competitive
advantages and long-term development, which means that a comprehensive analysis of the market,
technologies, consumers and strengths of the organization is necessary. Managerial decision-making in a
company is related to such aspects as a systematic approach, adaptability and flexibility, responsibility of
each employee and a culture of decision-making.
