Abstract

This publication shows the leading role of motivation in organizational development, justifies the introduction of motivational auditing into management practice, presents the main aspects of the methodology of motivational audit of an organization, and proposes a “Methodology for improving the motivation function as a factor in the development of an organization.” A motivational audit helps a company understand which motivational factors are most important to its employees and develop strategies to create a more supportive and productive work environment. Motivational audit methodology allows organizations to systematically analyze, understand and improve their motivational strategies, which ultimately improves employee productivity and satisfaction
